My name is Ray Becker

I started taking commercially developed colored photographs over 40 years ago, resulting in several awards from local amateur photo contests. Over several years I attended local workshops and developed working relationships with two well know local photographers picking up “Secrets” that led to my unique style.

I enjoy traveling adn much my my subject matter is a photographic diary. The ability to see through the observer , into the body of work. These photographs evoke memories of days gone by, idyllic scenes that beckon your call; and still life that allow moments to be captured and held forever.

I use a 75 year old Graflex XL medium format camera. I develop, process. mount and frame all of my own work. Prints are limited edition and available matter or framed in black or vintage hand picked frames.
